Ruthie Dean works in marketing and publicity for Harper Collins Christian and lives in Nashville with her mustache-enthusiast husband Michael. When she is not blogging or encouraging you to break up with Mr. Not-So-Right, she enjoys running and Sunday coffee dates with her husband. After graduating from Vanderbilt with her B.A. in Communications Studies and Psychology, her passion for people led her across the world to China for a brief stint as a missionary. Studying Mandarin and living in a radically opposite culture remains the most influential time in her life and inspires much of her writing.
